Students are assigned housing based on a combination of personality and habits from the completed application, submitted roommate preferences, as well as when the deposit was made. Rooms will be assigned by gender. Floors may be co-ed.  

There are multiple rooms set up as ADA compliant, but all rooms are ADA adaptable and can be converted to ADA compliance should the need arise. 

There are Eight washers and Ten dryers located on the 3rd floor. Students are responsible for putting money on a card to pay for machine use.

Yes, students can rent a microwave or small fridge from an outside vendor.

Yes, there is a full kitchen on the third floor set up for student use. 

Lehman will provide a free shuttle to and from campus that will make regular stops at multiple gates as well as subway stops and CUNY on the Concourse. Full schedule to come.  

Yes, Lehman College offers monthly overnight parking for dorm residents for $150/month. Parking will be at the main Lehman Campus in the Student Lot on Goulden Avenue at Bedford Park Boulevard West. 

Yes, the application to apply for a limited number of RA positions will be posted in April. 

Yes, we are currently reviewing proposals for a modest scholarship for the first set of students who choose to live in The Lehman Grand.
