The Engaged Pedagogy Program
The Engaged Pedagogy Program is a semester-long teaching and learning experience that partners students and faculty to revise or create student-centered pedagogical artifacts and learning experiences that are not limited to academic courses, syllabi, course modules, practicums, and project-based learning opportunities at Lehman College.
Applications for the next cycle of engaged partnerships will open in November 2026.

Three selected students in good academic standing and two educators (instructors, adjuncts, faculty, and relevant professional staff) will partner for 13 weeks to explore their identities as pedagogues and revise existing teaching and learning materials through strategic partnerships with students that can directly enrich one's teaching repertoire and generate engaging, student-centered learning experiences at Lehman College.
