Biography
Henry Ovalles is the Associate Director of Lehman Stages, the professional rehearsal and performance facilities at Lehman College. He is also a proud producing member of the Bronx Repertory Company and the Children’s Theatre Company at Lehman. Henry began his theatrical career in the Dominican Republic where he graduated from La Escuela de Bellas Artes (School of Fine Arts) in Moca, Dominican Republic and Instituto de Cultura y Arte (Institute of Art and Culture) in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He holds a B.A. in Theatre and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Lehman College, CUNY. He is also an actor, producer, director, teaching artist, and the creator and co-host of the television program A Life In Art.
