The Washington Post published some encouraging news for those of who have no time for strength training. Professor Brad Schoenfeld (Exercise Science) spoke to the paper about a new study he led showing that people can gain and maintain muscle mass with relatively brief, twice-weekly resistance exercise routines. No more excuses!
