In a generous effort to find her books a new home, professional archivist Diana Maull donated 33 boxes of books, 1,139 in all, to Lehman’s Leonard Lief Library. The books cover topics that will enrich students in Africana Studies, Art History, Psychology, and Women’s Studies.

“We are delighted with Diana Maull’s generous decision to deed her lifetime library to the Leonard Lief Library. This addition will enhance our resources and enrich our academic offerings,” said Kenneth Schlesinger, Chief Librarian. “

Most recently, the library acquired the works of internationally acclaimed poet, translator, scholar, and Lehman professor emeritus Joseph Tusiani.

Schlesinger added, “Each addition to our library is vital in supporting our flagship programs and serving our academic community.”

The new titles are in the process of being cataloged and will be accessible for borrowing in the future.
