On March 28th, 2012 Lehman College joined UNITY, a coalition of minority journalists, to host an event with industry professionals at the MultiMedia Center. Bacon Brothers
Sponsored by Lehman's City and the Humanities Program, the Bacon Brothers came to the College, along with pianist Joe Mennonna, for a live performance and recording session in our studios. They participated in a lively question and answer session with our students. Michael Bacon is a Distinguished Lecturer at Lehman College. The objective of the City and the Humanities program is to enhance the cultural life of the campus and community.

In this class, students become segment producers for The Bronx Journal TV show. TBJ-TV is a one-hour community affairs talk show televised on Bronxnet TV and seen throughout the Bronx. Segments of our show also are broadcast on YouTube by topic.
