The Office of the Vice President of Administration and Finance is responsible for the stewardship and enhancement of the human, physical, and financial resources of the College.

The Office of Budget, Finance and Business Operations provides effective and efficient administrative services to the College community and ensures sound business practices concerning the College's fiscal operations. It also participates with the ongoing review and oversight of these operations.

In addition to maintaining campus facilities in a state of good repair, the Office of Campus Planning and Facilities provides facility planning, space management, and the development and administration of capital construction. This includes building expansion, maintenance, and renovation projects to accommodate academic and administrative programs and priorities.

The Environmental Health and Safety Office provides training, evaluation of workplace hazards, chemical hazard information and evaluation, indoor air quality evaluations, fume hood certifications, emergency response, and other services.

The Event Planning and Reservations Office processes and coordinates internal and external space reservation requests. A variety of spaces/locations are available to the college community as well as to outside organizations and agencies. These spaces include but are not limited to classrooms and lecture halls - auditoriums - conference rooms - dining facilities.

Human Resources supports the institution’s mission by fostering an inclusive, dynamic, and equitable work environment that empowers faculty, staff, students, and administrators. Through strategic leadership in recruitment, professional development, and labor relations, the department advances organizational effectiveness and contributes to the College’s role as a catalyst for social mobility.

The Office of Public Safety is dedicated to the maintenance of a campus environment that supports academic excellence, independent thought, and cultural collaboration. Inherent in that mission is the belief that establishing a safe environment where all community members feel secure, welcome, and respected is the foundation on which a learning community can best achieve its ideals. The department is committed to being a cornerstone of that foundation by providing security and service to the community in a professional and responsive manner.
