Our objective is to establish a connection between your organization and top-notch candidates, fostering long-term partnerships that prove advantageous for both your company and our students/alumni. We provide many recruiting opportunities all year round which will allow you to connect with Lehman talent.

We invite employers from a wide range of industries to connect with Lehman College students and alumni from all majors. Our services for employers include Information and Recruitment Sessions, Career and Internship Fairs, Career Conversations, Site Visits, Employer-Hosted Workshops, and job postings. Partner with us to find the talent you need and to engage with the next generation of professionals.
To get started, please complete our Employer Engagement Request Form. A member of our staff will reach out to discuss your needs and help organize a session tailored to your goals.
Handshake is a web-based platform that connects you with Lehman College’s talented students and alumni. You can post full-time, part-time, internship, seasonal, volunteer, and community service opportunities, and register for events such as our Fall Internship Fair and Spring Career & Internship Fair. Handshake makes it easy to engage with our diverse pool of candidates and promote your opportunities directly to them.
To access Handshake, a user account is required. If you have received an invitation from a Lehman College or colleague, you can create an account by clicking the link provided in the invitation email. If you haven't received an invitation, you can register at Employer Registrations.
Once you have an approved employer account on Handshake, you can register for events and post your opportunities for students and alumni.
Lehman College offers recruiters a valuable opportunity to connect with students and alumni to discuss career opportunities within their organizations. Each year, we host the Internship Fair during the fall semester and the Career and Internship Fair in the spring semester. On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) provides employers with the opportunity to hire interns and entry-level employees from Lehman College’s diverse and talented student population. Employers can also seek more experienced candidates through this program. Each year, employers engage with students on campus through Career Fairs, Internship Fairs, Networking Events, and Employer Information/Recruitment Sessions.
