Special Counsel to the President

The office provides a wide variety of legal services and support to the President, Lehman College officials, departments and related entities. The Counsel to the President and Labor Designee, is the College's Records Access Officer, Ethics Officer and also carries out the function of secretary to both the College Committee on Faculty Personnel and Budget, and the Lehman College Senate.

Lehman College is a constituent College of The City University of New York (CUNY). Consequently, the Counsel Serves as liaison to several of CUNY's offices, namely the Office of the General Counsel and Senior Vice Chancellor for Legal Affairs; the University's Office of Human Resources Management; and the Office of Labor Relations.
