Workers’ Bill of Rights
Page two of the Worker’s Bill of Rights, references the NYC Paid Safe and Sick Leave law. To clarify, CUNY as a governmental employer is exempt from this law. Please refer to the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection’s FAQs on this topic. Page seven of the FAQs states that governmental employees are not covered by this law.
New York State Payroll Online
Implemented by The Office of the New York State Comptroller, New York State Payroll Online (NYSPO) allows NYS employees to view and update payroll information, manage tax withholdings and opt out of receiving paper pay stubs.
