Join us for Rooted in Awareness: Pause, Reflect, and Connect Through Emotional Intelligence a dynamic, interactive workshop created for Lehman College faculty and staff, where we’ll explore emotional intelligence through the lens of self-awareness and social awareness. These essential skills help us build stronger relationships, navigate challenges with more ease, and create emotionally responsive environments for ourselves, our colleagues, and our students.
Through reflection, movement, open dialogue, and real-life scenarios, we’ll look at how our emotions shape the way we lead, teach, and support one another. You’ll walk away with practical tools to deepen your emotional insight, strengthen empathy, and lead with intention and presence.
