The Lehman College and Community Chorus will present its annual free Winter Concert on Sunday, December 8 2024 at 2:30 PM in the Lehman Concert Hall. The program will feature Haydn’s dramatic Lord Nelson Mass in D minor. Directed by Lehman Professor Diana Mittler-Battipaglia and accompanied by the Lehman Symphony Orchestra, the 100-member chorus will also perform shorter works by Mendelssohn, Rutter, Handel and multicultural seasonal selections. In addition, the program will feature J.C. Bach’s Viola Concerto, Johann Strauss’ Clear Track Polka, and a sing-along for the audience.
