The committee focuses on identifying opportunities to help and encourage the entire Enrollment Management team in their personal and professional development, enrichment, and overall health and well-being.

The Division of Enrollment Management encourages all employees at all levels to engage in Professional Development activities.
Each academic year the Division allocates funds to create a new professional development funding program for enrollment management employees. This program is exclusive of all other professional development opportunities currently available to employees.

The Division of Enrollment Management prides itself on responding in innovative and flexible ways to changes in workplace processes, marketplace demands, and technology. To become more proactive in our recruitment, retention, and support for undergraduate and graduate students, the Division is forming a committee to focus on workplace innovations. This committee will be charged with soliciting, reviewing, and recommending innovations in the workplace.
