Biography
Suzette Ramsundar brings over fifteen years of experience in the field of education and currently holds the position of Director of Campus Life at Lehman College. In this capacity, she is responsible for designing student development and co-curricular engagement programs that foster student success. An alumna of Hunter College, she possesses graduate degrees in Counselor Education, Curriculum Development, and Organizational Leadership from Lehman College and Teachers College, Columbia University. Additionally, she is currently pursuing her doctorate in the Organizational Leadership program at Lehman College.
Ramsundar has been an adjunct faculty member for graduate programs in Counselor Education and Organizational Leadership at Lehman College for over twelve years. Her research interests include student engagement, culturally relevant pedagogy, leadership self-efficacy, experiential learning, and the development of Communities of Practice. She is a member of NASPA (National Association of Student Personnel Administrators) and actively participates in the Qiyadat Global Leadership program at Georgetown University.
