Kaitlyn Espina is the Associate Director of Clinical Education and Clinical Services at Lehman College. She is a graduate of SUNY Cortland with a BA degree in Speech and Language Disabilities, and a graduate of Hofstra University with an MA degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Kaitlyn has experience working in the public and private education sectors as well as in early intervention.  In her roles as a Speech Language Pathologist and Speech Team Lead, Kaitlyn has spearheaded numerous initiatives to move her programs and the community forward. She has provided cultural and linguistic supports, promoting inclusivity to her team as well as the community through trainings and professional development. Kaitlyn has garnered extensive experience supervising graduate students, clinical fellows, and certified speech language pathologists. Kaitlyn is a member of the ASHA Hispanic Caucus and Asian Pacific Islander caucuses, and ACE Awardee. Kaitlyn prides herself on honoring and respecting cultural and linguistic diversity, fostering understanding, and putting ideas into practice.
