Biography
A lifelong advocate for justice, Hilton N. Webb, Jr., LMSW, CASAC-T, CRPA, is a cisgender Black man whose experiences growing up in pre-gentrification Do or Die Bed-Stuy and serving nearly twenty-eight years in New York State prisons deeply inform his work. He is a vital member of The Fair Chance for Housing Committee and its Steering Committee, the CSH/FUSE Advisory Board, and the Lehman College SW: H.E.A.L.S. and Reentry Committees.
Hilton played an instrumental role in the successful passage of The Fair Chance for Housing Bill, enacted in January 2025, a landmark achievement that dismantles significant housing barriers for people with criminal legal history. His commitment extends beyond policy, as he is also a voracious reader, movie enthusiast. Following his release after his fifth parole board hearing and the completion of his Master of Social Work at Lehman College, Hilton now passionately serves his community as a Harm Reduction Mental Health Counselor at OnPoint NYC.
