Margaret Clifton

Biography

Margaret Clifton and earned her Ph.D. in instructional leadership in 2012 from Argosy University in Sarasota, FL and her master’s degree in nursing from Adelphi University. She is an expert in obstetric simulation instructional methods. Dr. Clifton most recently taught in the nursing program at Adelphi University, and from 2006-2016 was an assistant professor and director of the Simulation & Resource Center at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She is a registered nurse who has practiced in areas such as coordination of care, surgery, perinatal care, and intensive care.
