Richard Finger, MS, MBA, DHA

Richard Finger holds the dual role of serving the college as a College of Business Faculty member and Vice President of Enrollment Management. A long-time member of the Lehman Community, Richard is passionate about student success and staff success. He is a frequent presenter on both topics, emphasizing improving student outcomes while helping staff achieve their long-term career goals. As an early adopter of online learning, Richard has over 20 years of experience developing and facilitating business courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition, Richard has over 20 years of experience teaching Career Development and Counseling and has helped prepare over 1000 mental health and school counseling professionals in the region. Richard has a master’s degree in organizational Behavior, an MBA, and a doctorate in Healthcare Administration.
