Joseph Flaz is a Film and TV Studies major, graduate of 2024, with a clear goal of carving out a career in the film industry. He has already made valuable contributions to major events, including collaborating in the production of the NYFF 62 film screening Panel/Q&A for “Nickel Boy’s” and assisting with the production for the 2024 New York Fashion Week Show on Wall Street. His specialty in videography allows him to capture moments and tell stories visually, a skill he’s eager to develop further as he works toward his goals in film.

Beyond his academic and professional accomplishments, Joseph is known for being a self-proclaimed “chill guy,” he has a passion for stories and cameras, two interests that not only help him unwind but also fuel his creativity. Whether he's behind the camera on a shoot or relaxing with his hobbies, Joseph’s love for both story-telling and videography inspires his work in the film world.

Joseph’s dream is to merge his technical videography skills with his creative vision to contribute to the storytelling landscape of the film industry.
