Alexander Major

Alexander is an Adjunct Instructor and Research Mentor, where he guides graduate students in mastering Organizational Leadership. His teaching emphasizes the optimization of human capital, effective financial resource management, and the cultivation of sustainable practices. As the Founder of EquiCare Academy, he leads initiatives aimed at advancing health equity and broadening access to quality healthcare. In his previous role as Associate Executive Director of Surgery at Lincoln Medical Center, Alexander demonstrated excellence in managing operational budgets, implementing cost-saving strategies, and enhancing patient experience.
