Biography
Lisa Cavallero holds an MS in Special Education from Bank Street School of Education. She has been an adjunct lecturer with Lehman College since 2013. Currently, she is a Multilingual Learner Instructional Support Specialist in a school district in Westchester County. Her prior experiences include teaching special education, Pre-K to 5th grade, for 10 years and working for a not-for-profit in Zambia. Lisa is committed to fostering inclusive, culturally responsive, and research-based practices in her classes to support diverse learners.
