Areli Prado is a highly accomplished Mexican American professional with a diverse background that spans hospitality, retail, finance, and administrative management. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she leverages her bilingual skills to facilitate effective communication and foster relationships within multicultural environments. With a proven track record of excelling in dynamic settings, she consistently enhances operational processes while striving for continuous improvement.

Areli offers personalized counseling and advisory services to students, parents, and community members. Her expertise includes guiding individuals through educational pathways, assisting with program selection, understanding admission procedures, and accessing financial aid. Through active collaboration with local organizations, CUNY colleges, and community groups, she promotes educational initiatives and raises awareness about available resources and opportunities, thereby strengthening community ties.

In addition to her role at the MSI, she serves as an administrative manager for a private, family-owned business, overseeing daily operations and ensuring overall efficiency. In addition, she acts as the creative director, manager, and administrator of her own skilled profession, demonstrating her versatility and leadership capabilities.
