Buildings & Grounds Work Request System

Lehman College's Work Request System is for work items outside of regularly scheduled maintenance. This system is not for emergencies – please contact Public Safety at 718-960-8593 for any emergencies. You can click here to download the “Requester Manual” for the CUNY ARCHIBUS Work Request System.

The system is accessed using CUNY credentials. If you are a designated user and want to access the site, click here. If your department requester(s) needs to be changed, or you have other questions about work requests, please contact Lehman College Buildings and Grounds at 718 960 8180.

• Username in the form of firstname.lastnamexx@login.cuny.edu (xx are the last two digits of your CUNYfirst EmplID)
• You CUNYfirst password
