New York State Certification Exams by Programs

To learn more about all NY state teacher certification (NYSTCE) exams please visit the NYSTCE website.

Through the website applicants can create an account to register, schedule and find preparation materials for all the exams.

The website is managed by Pearson on behalf of the NYSED. They will score your exams and submit your results to your state TEACH Online Services account as long as your personal information matches each account.

About Computer Based Tests

All New York State Teacher Certification exams are now computer based tests. To learn more about computer based tests and to relieve any test anxiety, visit our computer based test taking module in the Exam Preparation Modules described above.
