Sugiyama Jogakuen University is Lehman's new partner in student exchange in the area of liberal arts and foreign languages.
Lehman's Japanese language program was able to send select students to Japan on the Japanese government's Kakehashi Project. Lehman reciprocated by hosting students from Yokohama National University. Possibilities for future collaborative work between Yokohama National University and Lehman College are being explored.
