Robyn C. Spencer, Associate Professor of History, was recently awarded the American Council of Learned Societies’ Frederick Burkhardt Residential Fellowship. In the 2020-2021 academic year she will be in residence at the Institute for Advanced Study to complete her second book, "To Build the World Anew: Black Liberation Politics and the Movement against the Vietnam War." Congratulations Professor Spencer!

Lehman Team Featured on the Federal Reserve Bank of NY Website
Last November students from Lehman won the Maiden Lane Division of the College Fed Challenge for the second time in three years. The Federal Reserve Bank of New York now features the winning team on its website, providing great exposure for Lehman.
New Verification of Enrollment Rules!
Every semester federal regulations require us to verify that students are attending class or engaging in other academic activities. If the college does not verify attendance/enrollment, then students risk losing their financial aid. Verification of Enrollment (VOE) rosters will be available on February 20th. Please complete and submit VOE rosters by March 2nd.

This year’s conference on April 17th—“Igniting Innovation: Literacy, Access and Learning”— will highlight cross-community, cross-campus and cross-disciplinary work. Activities that feature collaboration, pedagogical innovation, and creative uses of technology are ideal. If you would enjoy guiding discussions and sharing ideas that can assist in leading, innovating, and representing change, please apply!
The Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs is the College's chief academic officer. The Provost is responsible for all educational programs, as well as for academic issues that relate to the faculty, including appointments, promotions, and evaluations.
