Employee Paycheck Distribution

Faculty and staff who have not enrolled in Direct Deposit may pick up their paycheck on the pay date (see the Office of Human Resources website for the Payroll Schedule dates) from the Bursar's Office, located in Shuster Hall, Basement level, Room # 031 (Window # 6), between the hours of 9:00 AM through 4:00 PM.

After the paycheck date, paychecks can then be picked up during the regular Bursar Office hours shown below:

5:00 - 6:30 *

* Note: Evening hours when classes are in session during Fall and Spring semesters only.


Employees picking up paychecks must show a current valid Lehman College CUNY ID Card. If you would like to authorize someone to pick up your paycheck on your behalf, you must complete and sign an Authorization forĀ Release of Paycheck form. This form is available in the Bursar's Office.

If you are no longer employed at Lehman College, or if you were recently terminated please contact Human Resources located in Shuster Hall, Room #230, or at 718-960-8451.

To Enroll in the Direct Deposit Program

To enroll in the Direct Deposit program obtain a Direct Deposit Enrollment Form from the Office of Human Resource, Shuster Hall, Room 230. Complete the form and return it along with a voided personal check (if you wish to have your paycheck deposited into your checking account) to the Human Resource Office. This form is also available from the Bursar Office, Window #6

The information on this form is required under the New York State Comptroller's Rules and Regulations (2 NYCRR 102). The information is confidential and is needed to process payment data from the State to the financial institution and/or its agent. Failure to provide the requested information may delay or prevent the receipt of payments through the Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer Program.
