Will currently is an adjunct lecturer for both Lehman and The College of Staten Island. Before coming to New York in 2012, he taught for many years in San Diego. At various points, he was an administrator, counselor in Special Education, and workshop presenter for Teacher Effectiveness Training. He came to New York to be closer to his son and daughter-in-law who also teach English at CUNY. His research interests include American Modernists Sherwood Anderson and Sinclair Lewis.
